Get in Touch about Your Roof

Two ways to reach us, and the phone is faster if water is coming in right now.

Best for active leaks, storm damage and anything where a roof is open. Describe what you can see, which room it is coming into, and whether it only happens in certain weather — that alone narrows the fault down considerably before anyone arrives.

Send the quote form

The form on this page goes straight through. It takes under a minute and you do not need to know roofing terminology to fill it in.

What helps most if you can include it:

• Your suburb — the housing stock varies enormously across Macarthur, so this tells us a lot.
• Roof type — concrete tile, terracotta tile, or metal. If you are not sure, say so.
• Rough age of the house, even if it is only a decade.
• What you have noticed — the ceiling stain, the tile on the lawn, the gutter overflowing at the corner, the roof that has gone grey.
• Whether it is urgent, so it can be triaged properly.

What happens next

We get back to you to arrange a time, then someone inspects the roof — on it where it is safe, and in the roof cavity where there is access. You get a written, itemised quote with the urgent work separated from the work that can wait.

The inspection and the quote cost nothing and there is no obligation attached to either. No pressure, no door-step decision.

Service area

We cover 28 suburbs across the Campbelltown and Camden council areas. The full list is on the service areas page. If your street is just outside it, ring anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

For how the referral arrangement works and who carries out the work, see the disclaimer and the about page.
